As it couldn't be different, roasted meat is our specialty. Poncho Verde insists on serving only the best meat, prepared with our 27-year experience. Result: a unique combination of the traditional gaucho barbecue with the most recent meat preparation techniques. And that makes the whole difference. Surely, Picanha (sirloin) is one of our most celebrated cuts, as well as Costelão (ribs), Bife Ancho (part of the rib), Morsilha Espanhola and Carneiro (lamb).
